The support center offers our development employees instant visual access to customer systems and enables remote control support services. This makes it possible to solve problems quickly and briefs users on the spot in specific functions.
Meeting Center
This handy web-based conference service makes it possible to hold meetings in which all the participants share access to the applications and can write their input on an interactive whiteboard. With our WebEx presentations the desktop content of the presentation is transferred to the monitors of the participants via Internet. Not only statistical overhead foils but also the work with our programmes can be directly demonstrated.
