Logging and documentation of all kinds of technical information (e.g. the chlorine level in the swimming pool, the consumption of electricity for various installations), Support management including the automatic forwarding of malfunctions. Computer-aided control of equipment and installations (e.g. lighting, heating, waterfalls). Implemented, for example, in one of the largest hotels in Stubaital, developed for ELMAX AG.
Support Management
Logging and documentation of all kinds of technical information employing the transmission towers of cellular phone networks (e.g. the temperature in the electronic units). Support management including the automatic forwarding of malfunctions and integration into a network management system. Employed to monitor all of the transmission towers of the cellular phone network of one of the largest cellular phone service providers in Austria. Developed in cooperation with Schneider Electric Austria.
